City Council members in Chicago just received new Dell Latitude 10 tablets "courtesy" of the Chicago taxpayers at a cost of $80,500 (and set-up fees).
One definition of courtesy, according to Miriam Webster, states
"consideration, cooperation, and generosity in providing something (as a gift or privilege)"
I'd like to know which Chicago taxpayers were asked to give our aldermen such a generous "gift" and which of those actually said "YES" to voluntarily having more of our tax dollars wasted.
As usual those on high make the rules and us minions just pay the price!
